1. Service Overview

Postify is a personal social media management tool that allows you to manage Instagram, Threads, Facebook, and LinkedIn accounts from a single dashboard. The service includes post scheduling, comment management, and auto-reply features.

2. Eligibility

Postify is currently available to authorized users only. By using the service, you confirm that you are at least 14 years old and have the legal authority to connect the social media accounts you register.

3. Account & Access

• You log in using third-party OAuth providers (Google, Kakao).
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
• You may connect and disconnect social media accounts at any time via Settings.

4. Your Content

• You retain all ownership of content you create and publish through Postify.
• Postify stores your content solely to deliver the scheduling and publishing service.
• You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with each platform's terms of service.

5. Platform API Usage

Postify accesses third-party platforms (Meta, LinkedIn) via their official APIs. Your use of these platforms is also subject to their respective terms of service. Postify is not affiliated with or endorsed by these platforms.

6. Prohibited Use

• Using Postify to spam, harass, or violate any platform's community guidelines.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the service.
• Sharing access credentials with unauthorized users.

7. Service Availability

Postify is provided "as-is" without warranty. The service may experience downtime for maintenance or due to third-party API changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

Postify is not liable for any damages resulting from failed posts, missed schedules, API errors, account suspensions by third-party platforms, or data loss. Use the service at your own risk.

9. Data & Privacy

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may request data deletion at any time by contacting the developer.

10. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
